PUBSIG AGM Online

The AGM for PubSIG is this year being held online. The reason for this is that committee members are now based throughout the country rather than in a region.

A Google Group has been set up for the online AGM of PubSIG. On the pages within this group you can:

* See who the Committee Members are
* Participate in the Online AGM and vote in the committee members
* Read the PubSIG report
* View the PubSIG financial reports
* Participate on online discussions.

Online voting and the AGM discussions are open from Saturday 10 April 2010 to Monday 10 May 2010. We invite all members to participate in voting and discussions on the best way for PubSIG to promote and support the development of public library services and the librarians who work in them.

You can visit the Google Group at http://groups.google.co.nz/group/pubsig?hl=en or via the PubSIG section of the LIANZA website.

We would like to invite and encourage your participate in this online AGM.

Kind regards,

Joanne Dillon (for PubSIG)
